1. Which martial art should I learn?+

Book a free session with our instructor to discuss your goal. He will then guide you accordingly.

2. What’s the right age to start martial arts training?+

Like any other skill, there is no age when it comes to learning. All you need is a burning desire to learn. Also, your art form changes as per your age, fitness, nature, goals etc. Sooner you start, better it is.

3. How long will it take to learn the art completely?+

Learning is a never ending process but having said that you must give at least 12 months in order to learn something substantial.

4. Do you have separate timings for women?+

Timings are inclusive for men and women.

5. Which artforms are taught at BFC?+

Various artforms like MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Grappling, Sanatan Shastra Vidya, Self-defense etc. are taught.
