Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
At its core, MMA is built on a powerhouse foundation of Boxing, Muay Thai, and elite Grappling, but its true strength lies in its lack of limits. By seamlessly integrating the explosive techniques derived from various other art forms. This transforms it into a living, breathing art form that prepares you for any scenario.

Boxing
Boxing is a sport that uses fists to fight. It also utilizes footwork, head movements, and combinations of punches to form a very strategic and challenging sport. A boxing match is divided into rounds, typically three minutes each, with one-minute rest intervals between rounds.

Muay Thai
This physical and mental discipline is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins, thus using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (hands and feet) used in sport-oriented martial arts.

Sanatan Shastar Vidiya
The term "Sanatan" translates to "eternal" or "timeless," and "Shastar Vidiya" means "the science of weapons." This martial art is thus understood as the timeless or eternal science of weapons. It is one of the oldest known forms of combat training, encompassing a wide range of weapons as well as hand-to-hand combat techniques.

Grappling
Grappling refers to the techniques, maneuvers, and strategies used in hand-to-hand combat to gain a physical advantage over an opponent, with the goal of subduing them without the use of striking. Grappling focuses on throws, takedowns, joint locks, chokes, and pins, aiming to control or force an opponent into submission.

Self Defense
Self-defense can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, gender, or physical ability, and it often emphasizes avoiding confrontation and using force only as a last resort. Awareness, Avoidance, Assertiveness, Preparation, and Physical Techniques are some of the principles of self defense.
